Petition seeking Rs 1000 cr for a death caused by vaccine 

The father of a medical student has filed a case in the Bombay High Court seeking Rs 1,000 crore in damages, claiming that his daughter died as a result of the Covid-19 vaccine’s adverse effects.

Serum Institute of India, the maker of the Covishield vaccine, and its collaborator Bill Gates, as well as state and federal authorities, are named as respondents in the lawsuit.

Dilip Lunawat says that his daughter Snehal Lunawat, a senior lecturer at a Nagpur Medical College, received the Covishield vaccination on January 28, 2021, and died a month later on March 1, 2021, from the vaccine’s negative effects.

Lunawat claims that his daughter was forced to take the vaccine because she was a health professional, and that the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) and the Director of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences gave a false narrative that vaccines are safe.

Lunawat said that on October 2, 2021, the Central government’s AEFI committee recognized that his daughter died as a result of side effects from the Covishield vaccine.

The petition asks for a declaration that the state is accountable for the death of the petitioner’s daughter as a result of false narratives, as well as compensation for her.

“The Petitioner lost her elder daughter, who was just 33 years old. His loss can neither be explained in words nor can be compensated in terms of money. Only some sort of succor can be done by awarding compensation,” the plea states, seeking Rs 1,000 crore as interim compensation to the family.

“This petition is being brought to bring justice to my daughter and to save the lives of many more persons who are going to be killed as a result of Respondent authorities’ criminal conduct,” the appeal added.

The state authorities should be given the authority to seek compensation from the responsible officials and Serum Institute, Pune, the Covishield vaccine’s maker, according to the petition.

According to the petition, state authorities should take appropriate steps to prevent such citizen deaths and broadcast vaccine adverse effects in accordance with the provisions of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. Declare the petitioner’s daughter as a martyr and open a dedicated research institute in India under the name of Dr. Snehal Lunawat, the petition states.

To urge the Union of India to take legal action against Google, YouTube, and other companies for “suppressing” accurate data on vaccination-related deaths. The petitioner has accused the Serum Institute of India of providing a misleading response, claiming that during clinical trials of the vaccine, no side effects as described by the petitioner were discovered.

The motion also claims that the Union of India stated in its affidavit filed before the Supreme Court on November 28, 2021 in the matter of Jacob Puliyel Vs. Union of India that vaccine manufacturing businesses do not have immunity under Indian law.

The petitioner claims that his daughter had her first dose of Covishield vaccine on January 28, 2021 in Nasik. She experienced a headache on February 5th. She showed it to the physicians, who diagnosed her with a slight migraine for which she was prescribed medication and felt much better. She then travelled to Gurgaon on the 6th of February afternoon and had many episodes of vomiting until morning Followed with fatigue on the 7th of February at 2am.

She was rushed to an Aryan hospital in Gurgaon. They stated there was possible cerebral hemorrhage and suspected venous sinus thrombosis. She was taken to another hospital because there was no neurosurgeon available.

She had bleeding, clot formation, and low platelets, all of which are symptoms of the same disease associated to Astra Zeneca and Covishield vaccines in other nations, with only a few cases in India. A venous sinus thrombosis was discovered, which was followed by an intracranial brain hemorrhage. They carried surgical craniotomies and clot removal procedures. She was then placed on a ventilator in Gurgaon for 14 days, but her condition did not improve.
